Haven't heard from Zac Efron for a while? Well, he's soon gonna be back in action, especially once his August big-screen movie '17 Again' arrives! enjoy these never-before-seen pictures of Zac making the movie!
Here’s the official plot:
"Mike O’Donnell was once the most popular guy in high school—handsome, charming, the star of the basketball team, with a college scholarship in his future and a lifetime of experience that baffles even his closest friends. That was then, this is now—or is it?"
"Zac Efron and Matthew Perry star in the age-defying comedy 17 Again, in which a magical transformation finds Mike reliving his past in the present day as a 17-year-old in the same high school he attended 20 years ago. But this time around, his own teenage kids are his peers and his wife is the unsuspecting object of his affection. Can this knowledge help him navigate teen angst while at the same time validate the life choices he has made? Zac Efron stars as the 17-year old Mike and Matthew Perry co-stars as Mike’s former self—the 36-year-old husband and father of two. The supporting cast includes Leslie Mann, Michelle Trachtenberg, Melora Hardin, Tom Lennon, Jim Gaffigan and Hunter Parrish. 17 Again is produced by Adam Shankman (director of Hairspray) and directed by Burr Steers. The film is scheduled for an August 2008 release." Yay us!!
What Zac has to say about making the movie: "The idea of going back to high school as an adult is incredible…until you actually get there! It’s like this crazy twilight zone of adolescent insecurities and people trying to grow up and figure out what they want to do with their lives. It’s crazy in the movie. Nothing comes out right when you’re a teenager. You say the wrong thing. You just do. It’s a part of life. It’s a part of growing up. One of the funny parts of this movie is that every year kids change—youth culture is changing all the time. Even now, when I go back to a high school campus, it really is like a frighteningly new place!"
